FROK Adventure (Friends of Kloofendal)

I had so much fun on this adventure.

It was our first outing as the Pan Adventures Group and we loooved it.

We were treated to a guided walk, with mainly 2 and 4 year olds in this instance, by a lovely guide named Karen. I had my fears but she is excellent with kids and did not walk too far. Still immersed in the reserve, we breathed in all the good air and the wealth of Karen's Knowledge. The kids were also so happy. She showed them the insects and the plants and spoke to them on their level.

It was a beautiful and tangible experience whereby the kids could collect samples and put them in a little container to take with them. We then settled down to a picnic and enjoyed each others company and the scenery.

We can't wait to do this again.
